Returns & Refunds — We want CleanTab to work for you. If something is not right, here is how returns work. Return window: You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. How to start a return: Email us first at roffeswatson@gmail.com with your order number, and we will send you the return instructions. Please contact us before mailing anything back. Damaged or wrong items: If your order arrives damaged, or we sent you the wrong item, email us at roffeswatson@gmail.com and we will replace the item or refund you — your choice. Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return has been received and checked.
